We collect the information you submit in a candidate profile or job application, including contact details, work history, availability, written answers, recordings, video, communication preferences, and consent choices. We also collect basic account, device, security, and activity data needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use candidate data to review qualifications, match candidates to roles, manage applications, schedule interviews, communicate hiring updates, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve our hiring services. Opportunity marketing by SMS or email follows the choices recorded on your profile.
How information is shared
Candidate information may be shared with Systemized Sales personnel, hiring managers, and relevant client companies evaluating a candidate for a role. We also use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, email, SMS, workflow automation, and operational alerts. We do not sell candidate personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for hiring, legal, security, and operational purposes. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can update your candidate profile in the portal and opt out of future opportunity messages using the methods provided. Depending on where you live, you may also request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, or business purposes.
Children and international use
This hiring service is intended for adults seeking employment and is not directed to children under 16. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
