Terms of Use
Using the hiring service
You may use this service to create a truthful candidate profile, apply to available roles, communicate with hiring teams, and manage your applications. You must be legally able to seek work and provide accurate, current information that you have the right to share.
Candidate accounts
Candidate access uses secure one-time email links. You are responsible for protecting access to your email account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. Do not share or misuse another person's sign-in link.
Applications and opportunities
Submitting a profile or application does not guarantee an interview, offer, placement, compensation level, or continued availability of a role. Client companies make their own hiring decisions and may change or close opportunities at any time.
Communications
We may send transactional messages about applications, account access, and interviews. Optional opportunity messages are governed by the communication choices on your candidate profile. Carrier message and data rates may apply to SMS.
Acceptable use
You may not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or harmful content; impersonate another person; interfere with the service; scrape candidate or job data; or attempt to bypass access or security controls.
Third-party services and content
The service may link to client sites, scheduling tools, recordings, and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately, and Systemized Sales is not responsible for their availability or content.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Systemized Sales does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to hiring@systemizedsales.com.
